Medical device that integrates electrotherapy and thermotherapy for muscular rehabilitation

This project was focused on integrating two muscular rehabilitation techniques widely used and aimed to solve some problems discovered after a series of visits made to different physiotherapy facilities. Issues that ranged from a risk for the patient due to heat overexposure to accelerated deterioration of specialized furniture.

The device is used through a handset which gives constant feedback while the electrotherapy (carbon electrodes) and thermotherapy (flexible heating packs) elements are being used.
